           According to the latest information from the Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting Center, Tropical Storm No. 13 is expected to make landfall in the Central Region of Vietnam in the coming days. The Conference Organizing Committee is closely monitoring the weather situation through official forecasting channels.

           As of now, the 24th VNC- 9th ISMINS Conference will proceed as scheduled. The Organizing Committee will continue to provide timely updates and notify all delegates promptly should there be any changes related to weather conditions or the conference agenda.
